Delivery

We dispatch our paint orders on products available in-store with DHL on a Tracked 2-day service. Orders placed before 9AM will dispatch the same working day. All orders will dispatch within 24 hours from when they are processed (Monday-Friday) Orders placed at the weekend (Friday-Sunday) will dispatch the next working day.

Non-Mixed Paint Delivery

Non-mixed paint orders, are delivered with Royal Mail on a Tracked 48 service.

UK Delivery

Free Delivery on all UK orders over £50 (Up to £49.99 delivery is £9.95)

Republic of Ireland Delivery

Delivery to Republic of Ireland is £9.95 for all orders

Returns

You can return most unused non-paint items in their original condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. Please note that bespoke products, such as mixed paint or Farrow & Ball Wallpaper, are non-returnable.

Courier Collection

We can arrange collection via our preferred courier, at your cost, or you can use your own courier.

Insurance

Please insure returned items against loss and damage, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit or damaged upon arrival. We do not reimburse for damaged returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive the goods in their original condition, we will process a full refund within 48 hours

Important Information

Please note that Zoffany/William Yeoward products are shipped directly from the supplier so there may be additional time in your order being delivered.

Feel free to contact us and we will give you an update on your order after it is processed.

Please note that during peak times, during sales, there may be additional time needed to process/deliver your order.

Once processed paint mixing begins; mixed-to-order paints cannot be cancelled.

We are not responsible for damages or leakages during transit. Contact the courier for leaking parcels.

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched; they must be returned by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt. Contact our customer services team with your Order Reference number

If not delivered after two attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse and treated as a cancellation. A refund will be issued, minus delivery charges and costs for mixed-to-order paints.
