Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
  • Bespoke products, including mixed-to-order paints, and  Wallpaper are non-returnable due to their custom nature through mixing and custom orders.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit
  • Items damaged in transit through the fault of the customer are ineligible for a refund

Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails after two attempts, the order will be returned to store.
  • Such orders will be treated as cancelled.
  • Refunds will be issued minus delivery charges and where applicable any costs associated with mixed paints.

Colour Accuracy

Please note that colours displayed on screens may vary from actual paint shades due to device settings.

Refunds

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damages

  • We do not refund for dents incurred in transit.
  • We are not responsible for damages or leakages during transit. Contact the courier for leaking parcels.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt. Contact our customer services team with your Order Reference number

Cancellations

  • Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
  • Once mixing begins, mixed-to-order paints cannot be cancelled.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched; they must be returned by the customer.
